What Is Your Return Policy on VIVE Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands?

Every ring we make is uniquely crafted to your personal specifications. Before we begin, we consult with you to understand exactly what you're looking for. We involve you in the entire process. We even send you a physical ring to try on and links to a realistic virtual model. We only actually proceed to making your ring once you give us your approval, whether it is an existing design from our VIVE engagement ring and wedding band collection or a custom design. That is what sets us apart from most other online retailers who offer engagement rings and wedding bands that are mass produced offshore. Because we want to be sure you are 100% happy, and that is why we cannot offer refunds.

What Is Your Exchange Policy on VIVE Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands?

If you purchased a ring from our VIVE engagement ring and wedding band collection — depending on the circumstances — we may accept to exchange it for another existing engagement ring or wedding band in our VIVE collection within 10 days after the date of shipment. The ring must be unworn and in its original condition. This exchange applies to the ring only, not to diamonds or gemstones. You will be charged for the additional labour or materials to remake your new ring.

What is Your Return & Exchange Policy on Custom Designs and Special Orders?

Since we work with you closely throughout the design and manufacturing process, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom and special orders. However, our free Limited Lifetime Warranty always applies. (See below).

Can I Return my Diamond?

We guarantee that the certificates, videos and other documents we provide prior to a diamond sale match the diamond set in your VIVE engagement and wedding rings.

Once we receive a diamond from our Canadian diamantaire, the sale is considered final. A diamond may be exchanged on a case-by-case basis. However, shipping and insurance for the exchange are at your expense.
