Engagement and wedding rings are non refundable. Keep in mind that your ring is made especially for you to your personal specifications. But rest assured. We will guide you throughout the ordering process to ensure that your ring is everything you hoped for, as well as exquisitely crafted.

What is your return policy?
Do your rings come with a warranty?
Of course. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. K8 offers a free Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects and damages that may occur during shipping.
All K8 Jewelry is created with the utmost care and attention to quality, and we and want you to enjoy your rings for a lifetime.
That said, it is important to note that regular wear and activities can affect the stability of your jewellery, especially rings because hands are active and busy throughout the day.
In the rare event of faulty workmanship, you may send back your jewellery to us (at our expense) and we will repair or replace it.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty excludes coverage of the following:
- Wear and tear
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by an unusual event, such as an accident or impact
- The loss of a gemstone caused by everyday wear and lack of proper maintenance, such as having your prongs checked at least every two years
- Tarnishing or corrosion of the metal caused by factors such as cholrine, make-up, salt water, skin acidity or perfume
- Prongs wearing down over time and any resulting damage or loss of gemstones
- An event where prongs are pulled away from your gemstones (ring catching on something, for example), making your gemstone more subscetible to falling out
- Jewelry altered or resized in anyway whatsoever by a jeweller other than K8 Jewelry, unless otherwise authorized in writing by K8 Jewelry
What is your exchange policy?
FROM OUR COLLECTION
Under certain circumstances, we can exchage your ring mounting for one of equal value, and you will be charged for the additional labour or materials only to remake your new ring.
CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS
Since we will be working with you closely throughout the design and manufacturing process, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom and special orders. However, our free Limited Lifetime Warranty always applies. (See above.)

Can I return my diamond?
Diamond sales are final unless the certificates, videos and other documents do not match the diamond we set in your jewelry. We will provide you with all the information you need to be sure that what you chose is what you received.
