Every engagement ring and wedding band is designed and created in Canada, and we make sure it reaches you safely. Please note that free shipping does not include returns and resizes.

Your engagement ring and wedding bands are precious. That is why we ship exclusively by courier to ensure your special rings arrive securely:
- Signature required for all deliveries
- Physical address only — we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes

- Tracking number provided as soon as your order ships

Yes, we ship worldwide to countries that permit the importation of jewellery in precious metals and gemstones.
Customs & Duties - Jewellery
All Vive Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands by K8 Jewelry are 100% made in Canada. Orders shipped outside Canada include the appropriate customs documentation. Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applied by customs in the destination country.

Each ring is individually made just for you by our team in Montreal, Canada. We invest care and attention into every detail to ensure it is everything you hoped for.
From Our VIVE Engagement Ring and Wedding Band Collection
Our engagement rings and wedding bands typically ship approximately 3 weeks after you place your order. We always opt for overnight shipping once your rings are ready, though delivery times vary depending on your location.
Custom Designs & Special Orders
Custom design engagement rings and wedding bands usually are ready to ship approximately 4–5 weeks after the design is finalized and gemstones are sourced.
Planning a Proposal? Give Yourself Enough Time
Nothing is more romantic than a surprise proposal, and nothing ruins it faster than a ring that hasn't arrived. Because every Vive by K8 Jewelry engagement ring is made to order, we strongly recommend ordering 6 to 8 weeks before your planned proposal date. This allows ample time to create your ring and ship it to you. If you're planning a holiday proposal (December is our busiest season), order even earlier. Our team is happy to advise on timing. Can I Make Changes to My VIVE Engagement Ring or Wedding Band After It Has Been Placed?
